Refunds & Returns for Physical Products
You may request a refund or replacement if:

Your book arrived damaged

You received the wrong item
-
Your order never arrived

There was a printing or binding defect

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Return Window
Refund or return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Signed or personalized books
-
Books damaged after delivery
-
Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)
Order Cancellations
If your book has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation.
